Many Happy Memories

We've been "old car nuts" for a very long time - and it's made many happy memories we love to share..  Hope you enjoy them as much as we do, 'cause we intend to keep on makin' em for as long as we can crawl behind the wheel or hold onto a polishing cloth!  Please CLICK on photos to supersize.

1964 Mercury Comet Caliente - originally purchased for $100 - motor, tranny & a L Qtr Panel damage horribly. 
1964 Mercury Comet Caliente - All dressed up with someplace to go!.  1972 AMC Javelin - Mark Pensky Signature Special Edition - purchased new at Bud Gregson Rambler, Tacoma, WA in March of that year. 
1957 Ford Ranchero - bought in 1975. 1961 Thunderbird - bought in 1976.
1977 Thunderbird - bought new in 1977. 1972 Chevrolet Vega - came as a trade.
Sold for good $$ for V-8 conversion. 1950 Ford F-2 - Wrecking Truck Project - bought new by Farm Couple in Placerville, CA - drove from dealership to field and never again saw a paved road until purchased in 1978.
Shows body damage....at purchase. Project under way.  Installed 425 Olds w/turbo 400 tranny.  Frame detailed, scraped, repainted.
Purchased decent front fenders and grill (notice same old bumper). Body work completed and primered.
Built boom & winch (note no platform yet). Shows boom and winch mounted on platform.
Boom & winch installed not yet all painted.  (Never got that far)! 1952 Ford Crestline Victoria - bought as a shell.

1964 Galaxy 500 XL Convertible - after just clean up and new top. 1965 Mustang - street legal race car.
1949 Ford Business Coupe - got in partial trade for the '65 Mustang. 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk - too long a story to tell but dear to our hearts!
1959 Chevy Pick-Up - 3100 Series - Apache - smoked so bad when purchased we used it to kill bugs. 1967 Sunbeam Alpine - our youngest son named Herby!  (He thought it was a Love Bug)

1964 Volvo PV-544 Sport - purchased from a wrecking yard.  Had been rolled on its right side rear - top crushed to top of fender wells.
